ENVIRONMENT: The problems with wind power

(Regarding readers' comments on wind-power plans for Hamlin) What informed readers we are! Remember, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," and efficiency and common sense will prevail.

But let's not let greed control the need. That's why we "regulate" the monopolistic energy companies. So how are we going to regulate a "foreign country" if it owns our electricity output? Can't we switch to natural gas ourselves? Isn't that what RG&E is all about?
