KIDS: Rochester City Ballet's "Peter and the Wolf" (2/10-2/11)

This weekend the Rochester City Ballet will perform its colorful interpretation of Sergei Prokofiev's Peter and The Wolf. The kid-friendly orchestral piece tells the story of a young boy's journey through the woods. Each instrument takes on the "voice" of one of the woodland creatures --- including the big, bad wolf.
Performances take place at the Monroe Community College Theatre, located in building 4 of the Brighton campus, Saturday and Sunday, February 10-11, at 2 p.m. Prior to each show there will be family activities like face painting, dance demonstrations, and more.
