Celebrate Black History Month in style with the Black Heritage Committee of Rochester's 5th Annual Black Heritage Gala at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The evening kicks off Saturday, February 17, with a social hour at 6 p.m., followed by a dinner at 7 p.m. The gala will also feature a local black history presentation and an awards ceremony honoring local black pioneers. Be warned that the event typically sells out, so get tickets in advance.
