Antoinette Montague wastes no time in establishing her jazz/blues credentials on her new album, "Pretty Blues." By turns recalling the brassy Ella Fitzgerald, the soulful Etta Jones, and the bluesy Etta James, Montague sails through a host of well-chosen classics like "How Deep is the Ocean," "Blue Skies," and "Teach Me Tonight." She will no doubt conquer these and many other great tunes when she visits VENU Resto-Lounge this week.
