The Rochester Public Libraries board has officially changed its internet-access policy, following the county system's lead. The vote was 6-2 to filter access to internet sites, with president John Lovenheim and board member Katherine Parsons voting "no." "I do think we need to get this thing behind us," said board member Errol Hunt, but he said he "vehemently detests" board's being put in the situation to begin with.
