It's the 70th year for the Hill Cumorah Pageant, and with more than 650 volunteer cast members and seating for more than 7,000 spectators, this summer tradition shows no signs of slowing down.
Presented by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and featuring the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the production celebrates yet another reason our region is famous: it's the birthplace of Mormonism! The show features a reenactment of scenes from the Book of Mormon through acting, song, and special effects wizardry.
Parking and admission are free, and there are no tickets required. Productions take place Friday and Saturday, July 13-14, and Tuesday-Saturday, July 17-21, at 9:15 p.m. The Hill Cumorah is located on Highway 21, two miles north of Interstate 90, Exit 43.
