COST OF WAR: The Iraq conflict by the numbers (8/15/07)

The totals:

3679 U.S. soldiers, 297 Coalition soldiers, and approximately 69,045 to 75,495 Iraqi civilians have been killed in Iraq from the beginning of the war and occupation to August 10.

6048 Iraqi policemen and guardsmen have been killed since January 2005, according to an estimate compiled from news reports.
