Despite what the name might make you think, The Badenovs are actually good enough. Culled from the cream of the 80's Rochester rock scene - Invisible Party, Lotus STP, Fugitives, Koo Koo Boy, The Pants The Profiles...you get the picture - it's an all-star cast of oddballs who are old enough to know better but seasoned enough to no longer care. The band rocks solidly and odd, due in part to the lyrical contributions of one Thom Metzger (he published a book on the history of the electric chair), and culinary four-string swashbuckler, Adam Wilcox who published a book on grilling with the electric chair (well not really, but he should).
