Bring your flashlights and dress warmly, because Penfield is putting a new twist on the traditional Easter Egg Hunt. The town's Egg-Citing Egg Hunt in the Dark is just that: a night time, family-friendly search for those painted holiday eggs. It's all part of a day of activities falling under the banner of Penfield's Spring Celebration, and hunt is appropriate for ages 2 and up.
Egg-Citing Egg Hunt in the Dark takes place Friday, March 14, starting at 8 p.m. Participants meet out side the Penfield Community Center, 1985 Baird Road, and should bring a flashlight and dress for the weather. For more information on this free event call 340-8663 or visit penfield.org.
