Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is preparing to deliver a major speech on race this morning. While his address was expected to begin at 10:15, at 10:30 the media were still awaiting his arrival at the podium. His talk will be shown live on CNN and on several media websites, including cnn.com and nytimes.com.
