COST OF WAR: The Iraq conflict by the numbers (4/2/08)

TOTALS - 4003 U.S. soldiers, 309 Coalition soldiers, and approximately 82,591 to 90,115 Iraqi civilians have been killed in Iraq from the beginning of the war and occupation to March 31.

6789 Iraqi policemen and guardsmen have been killed since January 2005, according to an estimate compiled from news reports.
