DEVELOPMENT: Don't permit drive-throughs

Re "Mt. Hope moratorium bad for business?" (March 12): No way should zoning be changed to allow drive-throughs for any retailer. Potential traffic snarls, the waste of fuel, and the effects of pollution from idling vehicles on the health of people and the environment make drive-throughs wasteful and obnoxious.
