This group is for people who are concerned about public safety issues in the city of Rochester and are eager to do something about it. We will discuss such issues as the effectiveness of existing policing efforts as well as the responsibility of citizens to encourage law-abiding behaviors in their own neighborhoods. We will also discuss the causes of violence in our community as well as potential solutions. It is preferred but not required that each participant in the discussion be actively engaged in efforts (formal or informal) to address public safety concerns.
