Co-founder of Rochester Swing Dance Network in 1994, Esther Brill has introduced thousands of new dancers to the joy of partner-dancing in her classes and at dances, festivals & public events throughout upstate New York. She offers private dance lessons for individuals/ couples - including wedding dance.
