The folks at Beans --- formerly Desert Skies Coffee --- hang their collective hat on having one of the best selections of coffee beans in the area. They actually have 36 types and flavors every day (from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters). They also serve light lunches and dinners of grilled panini and soups.
