Some of Rochester’s best low-end food comes from former haute cuisine guys who’ve made a change of lifestyle. Caesar’s is one of those places. It’s nothing but subs, but the rolls are freshly baked, the ingredients excellent, and care is taken in making every hero. Is there really anything better than a great sub?
