For the burger aficionado, nothing beats the half-pound Charley Burger, made of excellent ground beef, juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly to specs. It’s $8, but may be the best burger in town, and comes with a variety of way cool sides. A high-end family restaurant with middle-tier prices, Charley Brown’s is extremely popular in Penfield and it’s easy to see why.
