Although the hotel was destroyed by fire in 1973, the restaurant has continued to offer gorgeous views of Lake Ontario. The patio is situated perfectly to enjoy stunning sunsets over the water. The food and atmosphere are from a past era, but the service is usually quite good. The holiday lights are worth the trip in the winter, but keep in mind that the restaurant limits hours after Christmas for several months. It also serves a champagne Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m, which includes a chocolate fountain.
