Where else in town you gonna’ get crawfish étouffée? Nowhere, homes. Eddie Harris, born and raised in St. James, Louisiana, knows from Cajun food. Check out jambalaya, filé gumbo, red beans and rice, or any of a number of soul food sides like candied yams and green beans with bacon. Harris is a fine baker, too, and his tea cakes are especially delectable.
