Located in the picturesque Flatiron Building in Rochester’s Art Walk Neighborhood, Edibles is as eclectic as the artists in the area.Although the chef and owner, Jason Herbert, is Australian, there are also some Eastern European dishes on the menu. This is one of Rochester’s special restaurants, combining an historic location with excellent food and a hip atmosphere.

A great place to celebrate a special occasion. A little on the pricey side, but if you're looking to impress a date and get some amazing food -- Edibles is the place to go.

We were looking to try something other than our "places", and had a friend recommmend Edibles. We had great food and a variety of Cosmos (my wife loves them). If you want to try a place I would highly recommend. Try the double Pork Chops you'll love them!

Two years ago this was a consistently great restaurant with many fresh options and great service. Tonight they had no idea how to make a Manhattan cocktail (even after a 10 minute wait and 2 tries) and their borscht soup was presented like a warm chunky vegetable soup with a dollop of sour cream - when asked if beets were included in the soup, the waiter had to go ask. He was a friendly waiter but had no knowledge of food and drink. The salads were ok and the lobster ravioli and gazpacho were good. Service was slow and somewhat confused. When told we were splitting a salad with 2 additional appetizers, one appetizer was served before the salad and a second plate was requested for the salad - all topsy turvy - waiter had no clue - we must have hit a bad night.... But won't bother to rush back again for sure.
