Rochester's premier boutique hotel has an excellent restaurant. Executive Chef Ethan Drake creates dishes that are unique in the area. For dinner, the tuna is encrusted with coriander and served with baby bok choy, green onions, and house-made ponzu. The desserts are equally inventive. The Grill also has one of the largest wine lists on the East Coast, which is extraordinary for a community the size of Rochester.

The food and service is always top notch but the thing more and more people are talking about is the liive jazz several nights a week in the lounge. And it's free!!
