As Director of Culinary Operations, Tony Gullace from Max of Eastman Place and Max Chophouse has brought his focus on seasonal menus and local produce to the Inn on the Lake.Max on the Lake has a gorgeous view at the north end of Canandaigua Lake, and a lovely patio.There are comfort foods like an open-face meatloaf sandwich and steak frites, as well as broiled salmon nicoise and smoked salmon slices with sweet corn griddle cakes.
