Serving Lebanese cuisine, Oasis Bistro is unlike anything else in Rochester, at least in terms of its menu options. The restaurant prides itself on using organic ingredients whenever possible and providing healthy, delicious meals. Try the Gambas Ajillo, sauteed shrimp served over rice with a cilantro garlic sauce.

Vegetarian doesn't seem to be an afterthought here, as the pastas all come meatless unless requested otherwise, there's an original Eggplant Napoleon on the menu, plus the ubiquitous-for-this-genre vegetarian combo plate, with 5 appetizer items.

We live in the neighborhood and frequent Oasis Bistro often. The atmosphere is great and food is great. The owner/chief even comes out to see if you liked everything. There have been some waitstaff changes (the new ones are great) and we miss our old (not in age) waitress who knew what wine we liked and knew what our "usual" meal was. We miss her but the food is too good to not keep coming back!! Must try!
