Any worries that I had about "Rock of Love: Charm School" losing some of its drama after Megan's departure was completely assuaged by last night's episode. You want drama? We got drama. Lacey, that crazy lady who I am convinced was either going to be a reality show starlet or a serial killer, turned last night's show into a showdown. And poor Brandi C, who really is just a harmless little lamb (a skanky lamb, but harmless nonetheless), was sucked into Lacey's scheming and sent home at the end. Yes, she did spit in Destiney's face Pumkin style, but she was manipulated by Lacey to come upstairs. And Lacey was happy to watch her take the fall that should've been hers. I have never even been a fan of Brandi C., but I have to admit I felt a tad sorry for her last night until...my sadness was quickly replaced by laughter when she uttered her final words: "I got drunk and blew it." I have a feeling those are words she has spoken before.
As for the dating challenge with the ladies "uglified," I was sad that we did not get to see Heather on her dates. Her makeover was, in my opinion, by far the worst while I felt Destiney's turn as Hortense was still rather attractive. I guess there's not much you can do to cover up her see-through blue eyes. I still have my money on Destiney to win the whole show - especially after her endearing "I used to be just like you" chat with Brandi C.
Next week's previews look like an all-out attack Lacey festival - let me be the first to say "woo!" Cheering aside, it looks like she is going to pull out all the stops to convince the judges that she has feelings, but she's not fooling me - I still think she missed her calling as a deranged serial killer.
