Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County presents Sizzlin' Summer Cooking, highlighting local and in season produce and herbs in preparing meals that are healthy, tasty and easy. Learn how to add a protein item to form a complete meal. Presenter Rosita Caridi-Miller, chef/owner of Cibi Deliziosi of Mendon, NY.
In this session, learn how to make entrées and sides using greens, such as swiss chard and broccoli rabe, and zucchini/summer squash. Wine pairing with these foods will also be available.
