- Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County presents Sizzlin' Summer Cooking, highlighting local and in season produce and herbs in preparing meals that are healthy, tasty, and easy. Presenter Rosita Caridi-Miller, chef/owner of Cibi Deliziosi of Mendon, NY.
In this session, learn how to make salads and sauces using fresh fruits and vegetables. Wine pairing with these foods will also be available.
