- Description
- Victor Yoga Sudio will begin a six week yoga series for children ages 5-9. The one hour yoga class, inspired by an imaginative story, will incorporate basic introductory yoga stretches, relaxation techniques, guided imagery and meditation. Children will also be introduced to body awareness, anatomy, social consciousness and environmental appreciation.
