This event will explore the stereotypes and misconceptions regarding the BDSM subculture. The evening will incorporate participation from the attendees and opportunities for discussion in order to explore predominant assumptions about kink and discover what the BDSM subculture may have to offer to people, whether or not they personally identify as kinky.

As the full title indicates ("Debunking the Top 10 Myths about BDSM: A Guide for Laypeople, Well-wishers and Newbies"), the event is open to people regardless of whether or not they have any previous experience of or knowledge regarding BDSM. The session will be particularly helpful for anyone who may be wondering whether or not they are interested in kink, people who know someone involved in BDSM but who is unfamiliar or uncomfortable with their acquaintance's kink, and anyone who is simply curious by nature.

Obviously, the subject matter is mature and moderately explicit.
