The Lilac Festival -- currently going on in Highland Park -- announced this afternoon that it is closing for the remainder of the day due to "weather conditions." Tonight's main music stage headliners, Eljuri, have been moved to Water Street Music Hall, 204 N Water Street. The show will begin at 7 p.m. at admission is free.
