FOLK/BLUES: Jorma Kaukonen and David Bromberg (1/26)

Jorma Kaukonen and David Bromberg have both led long and fulfilling careers, and both have become master guitar players focused on American roots, folk, and blues tunes. Kaukonen was involved in two well known bands (Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna), played at Woodstock, and is also a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bromberg has worked with a Who's Who of musical greats, including Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and the late Jerry Garcia. Both have an immense love and passion for the art of guitar playing, and both are well versed in some not-so-typical styles, like bluegrass, ragtime, and Americana, along with traditional rock. Their collaborative tour showcases the very roots of modern American music.
