Rochester Rapper Reece Q (uotable) celebrates the release of his new "Quote To Self." CD. This disc's tracks groove all casual and laid back for the most part. Yet, when juxtaposed with Q(uotable)'s rapid-fire alliteration and rhyme bursts, some push and pull gets up and under. You'll feel it, for sure.
