I went to see this "show" last night and was EXTREMELY disappointed! Though the musicians were quite talented, the singers were the opposite end of the spectrum. They were flat, had no range, took breaths in the middle of words, changed lyrics to songs, and were generally bad... The female singer did a bad Ethel Merman imitation and one of the male "singers" sounded like an Owen Wilson wannabe audition for American Idol. The show sounded like a very average high school garage band trying to be artistic. Do yourself a favor..save the $30 ticket and but two John Denver CD's and truly enjoy his immense talent. This show was a waste of time and money, which was surprising because the Downstairs Caberet normally puts on quality shows/performances
