TheatreROCs takes place Monday, October 26, at Geva Theatre.
It reads like a who's-who of Rochester performance groups: Blackfriars, Downstairs Cabaret, Geomantics Dance, Geva, Mercury Opera, Method Machine, PUSH Physical Theatre, RAPA, Unleashed Improv. But these are just a few of the many theater, dance, drama and comedy groups represented at this year's TheatreRocs event. The one-night-only showcase brings together the Rochester performing arts community to promote and support their collective work. Channel 13's Norma Holland hosts.
TheatreROCs takes place Monday, October 26, at Geva Theatre (75 Woodbury Blvd). It starts with a wine and cheese reception at 7 p.m., and is followed by a performance at 7:45 p.m. Tickets are $25. Go to theatrerocs.org for more information.
