Now in his early 70s, comedian and activist Bill Cosby is still performing to sold-out venues and keeping his name fresh in the list of legendary funnymen. Throughout his career, Cosby has pushed many boundaries, becoming the first black actor to perform in a starring role on network television, and wearing the hat of producer, actor, and writer. For Cosby, stand-up is the ultimate opportunity to connect with audiences, and at times, members of the audience will find themselves taking part in the routine.
Cosby's comedy tour comes to the Auditorium Theatre (885 E Main St) on Saturday, November 28, with shows at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets cost $37.50-$57.50. For tickets and more information go to rbtl.org or call 222-5000.
