SPECIAL EVENT: Thanksgiving Eve Party (11/25)

By Jen Graney on November 25, 2009

Thanksgiving Eve is one of the biggest going-out nights of the year. Barely anybody has to go to work the next morning, all your old high school buddies are back in town, and the bars host tons of drink specials. But a word of caution: don't overdo it. Sometimes that turkey dinner isn't so appealing to a hangover victim.

On Wednesday, November 25, Dundee Brewing Co. hosts a pub crawl in the East End that's guaranteed to keep you from being stuck too long in one spot. The Dundee Festival Ale Pub Crawl starts at 8 p.m. and continues all night at these area bars: Easy on East, Havana Moe's, Matthew's East End, Sagamore, Salinger's, and Temple Bar & Grille. A turkey race is part of the festivities, and if you bring canned goods for Foodlink to any of the bars, you'll get a chance to win a year's supply of beer from Dundee. Oh, and Santa will show up at midnight with treats. For more, go to rochestereastend.com.
