Geva Theatre has been located at its current Armory Building location on Woodbury Boulevard since 1985, and since then the building has been host to countless plays, musicals, revues, and more. To celebrate the location's 25th anniversary, Geva will host a special one-night-only performance of the popular play "Convenience" that will reunite the original cast from the musical when it first played here in 2002.

"Convenience" is the story of a mother and son with difficult revelations in store for each other. Liz has to face her son, Vince, with the fact that she is getting remarried, and Vince is struggling to tell his mother that he's gay. The play's popularity, and a story about coming together after years apart, should be a fitting way to celebrate 25 years of theater in the historic Armory Building.

Geva's special performance of "Convenience" takes place on Monday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $45 or $75 (includes the show and a post-show VIP reception). For more information call 232-4382 or visit gevatheatrecenter.org.
