Arts in the gardens takes place Saturday and Sunday, August 23 and 24.
If you've yet to stroll the nine formal gardens at Sonnenberg this summer, there is still time to catch them in bloom. This weekend the scenery will be even more stunning than usual, as 100 artists will display their pieces on the south lawn as part of Arts at the Gardens, a juried show and sale. On view are Stephen Merritt's (Best of Show) clay works, and Award of Merit winners including Richard Aerni, Rose McCaughey, Laura Wilder, and Jason Tennant.
Considered one of the best fine art shows in the state, it takes place Saturday and Sunday, August 23-24, both days beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. Admission is $6 and children under 12 are admitted free.
