ART EVENT: Art & Treasures Sale (6/27-6/28)

The Memorial Art Gallery is cleaning house, and its trash is our treasure. The annual Art & Treasures sale runs Friday, June 27, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday, June 28, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission is free, but if you want to get the early bird deals, fork over $25 to attend the "Deals and Dessert" preview party on Thursday, June 26, at 7 p.m.
New this year, the MAG brings in local experts to appraise your own treasures. On Friday 10 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m.-noon, bring in up to three items and get a verbal appraisal for $25.
