The Geisel Gallery is an intriguing showcase for artists. Diverse and contemplative, the walls share many visual stories by photographers, 2 and 3-dimensional artists, and craftspeople. I appreciate the gallery's First Friday participation, as this is a great place to start your gallery walks at 5 pm. The RIT Senior Illustration exhibit hosts an April 29 closing reception but the show will be a big salon exhibit open for the next two weeks. Gallery r staff hang the show and are grateful for an opportunity to utilize this special space, while r awaits official announcement of their upcoming new location.
