.5 stars
Never answers their phone.
Terrible at handling ticket sales at the customers expense and well-being (clutch show).
Don't be suprised if someone defecates on the floor out of anger

Great venue. Great sound and a very cool stage. They bring in the BEST local shows and national acts !!! Also the CLEANEST venue in Rochester !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work Montage. To Greg, How about checking things on the internet like we do. Buy tickets in advance and you won't be left out in the cold !!!!!

The only reason we dod not leave 5 stars was becauue no one is perfect LOL. BUT, it's a great room. We are from Buffalo and have attended 3 shows in late 2010. Great staff, great large room (and clean bathrooms, a plus for us women) and a great sounding sound system. We love all styles of music and eveything we have seen has been amazing. It is our favorite place to see live show in Rochester. We can't wait for this years Jazz Fest.
