Artist Biography

Flavor. Who doesn't love that? It's what I'm constantly looking for.  I write my own music and cover favorite songs and tunes from those that have influenced me, like James Taylor, Paul Simon, Eric Clapton, and John Mayer. I am promoting my album "Give Me A Reason", released last May, which as been selling very well so far. I like to be aware of the audience I play for, the venue I play at, and take these things into consideration when I'm planning a gig. I love having a good time, interacting with audience members, and getting a laugh or two, but when I perform, my primary focus is on making good music. It's what I spend most of my waking hours getting better at. I'm always up for a new challenge, and I love writing and performing my songs. I hail from the Fingerlakes region of New York, near Canandaigua. I am currently a student at Houghton College, studying business and music performance.  I spend most of my days either making music, thinking about music, learning about music, and realizing how little I know about music.  If the latter happens, I get excited at the prospective of learning as much as I can about it.
