Handsome B. Wonderful, Hercules Rockefeller, Trent Steele, Max Power, Lance Uppercut
The Isotopes formed in graduate school in 2001. Having found nuke-u-lar physics too easy a task, young chemists Handsome B. Wonderful, Hercules Rockefeller, and Trent Steel decided to create brutal surf music by joining forces, soon becoming one of the top 20 instrumental trios in the greater Rochester, NY area. In the passing years, the membership of the group has swollen almost as much as their egos, and their fan base has done the same (while trying to find a cure for the dreaded "Isotopes Itch"). The ranks have grown to include flunkies (guitarist Lance Uppercut), junkies (effects man Max Powers), and of course the world-famous Isotopes Go-Go Dancers (Busty Sinclair, Starla Jean and Hootie McBoob). You can often find them creating face-melting instrumental rock 'n roll in clubs, gin joints, and brothels around the world. The Isotopes are a non-profit, non-governmental organization raising funds to combat the growing threat of pop music. And for beer.
