The summer concert season is definitely starting to shape up, as some big regional shows have been released.
On Wednesday, June 1, Coldplay is scheduled to play the Darien Lakes Performing Arts Center outside Buffalo. Ticket details aren't yet available, but we'll update you once we hear more.
On Tuesday, July 14, the Rock & Rebels Tour brings Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd to Darien Lake for a 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $30-$75, with a "lawn six-pack" costing $99. Tickets go on sale from Live Nation or 877-598-8694 on Friday, March 20.
On Thursday, August 13, jam-band rock gods Phish will play Darien Lake. Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 27.
The original American Idol, Kelly Clarkson, will take the New York State Fairgrounds Grandstand on Thursday, August 27, along with pop-rocker Gavin DeGraw. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show cost $35-$40.
Also at the State Fair, Crue Fest 2 featuring Motley Crue, Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool, and Charm City Devils will play the Grandstand on Thursday, September 3, 5 p.m. Tickets cost $50-$55.
Tickets to both State Fiar shows will be available starting Saturday, March 21, through Ticketmaster, by phone at 800-745-3000, or at the State Fair Box Office.
