The thundering heard
Like a thundering bird
was the haps at Kodak Music Hall
Tiberi was pops
pulling out all the stops
while the band had a natural ball
Solos were slick
the rhythm was quick
the brass blew righteous and mean
I copped a squat
It got real hot
When Pizzarelli finally made the scene
His gaberdine vines
Had slick lines
This gator picked cool and mellow
Woody Herman
Would he? Sure man
Just watch the girls knees turn to Jell-O
Das Contras are Scots
The crowd dug them lots
As they knocked down the one drop and built it
They played rather rogue
Purred Scottish brogue
Took Latin and reggae and kilt it
The Hackensaw Boys
Were making plenty noise
When I dragged my ass into Abilene
The fiddle and bass
Put a smile on every face
Bluegrass so fresh it was green
The drummer was switchin;
From drums to the kitchen
Beatin' on pots and pans
Dusty horsehair
Lust in the air
Perfecto for last-ditch romance

Absolutely pure genious, Frank. Beat poetry at it's finest. It would be kind of cool to have some beat poetry accompanied by jazz at the Fest. Give it a thought, Frank. I'd be in the crowd. Cool.
