TOTALS - 4226 U.S. soldiers, 317 Coalition soldiers, and approximately 90,295 to 98,564 Iraqi civilians have been killed in Iraq from the beginning of the war and occupation to January 12.

American servicemen and women killed December 31 to January 6:

-- Pfc. Christopher W. Lotter, 20, Chester Heights, Pa.

-- Pfc. Benjamin B. Tollefson, 22, Concord, Calif.

-- Lance Cpl. Chadwick A. Gilliam, 29, Mayking, Ky.

-- Staff Sgt. Anthony D. Davis, 29, Daytona Beach, Fla.
