American servicemen and servicewomen killed June 5 to 16:

-- Capt. Kafele H. Sims, 32, Los Angeles.
AFGHANISTAN TOTALS - 706 US servicemen and servicewomen and 481 Coalition servicemen and servicewomen have been killed in Afghanistan from the beginning of the war and occupation to June 19.
American servicemen and servicewomen killed June 10 to 17:
-- Spc. Jonathan C. O'Neill, 22, Zephyrhills, Fla.
-- Sgt. 1st Class Kevin A. Dupont, 52, Templeton, Mass.
