Carolee Conklin

MOHAN SAYS:

Carolee is sociable, charming, and a good negotiator. She's straightforward, but adaptive and balanced in her views. 2009 is a good year for Carolee, especially November 2009. A lot of new responsibilities are coming her way in January and August 2010.

Carolee takes goal, achievements, and projects one at a time. Community and universal love is more important to her than personal love. She takes limited risks and does not like to stick her neck out, but does enjoy participating in projects.

Carolee will retire from public life after age 73.

Loretta Scott

MOHAN SAYS:

Loretta favors slow, but steady progress. She's a good worker and also coordinates labor well. She puts in a lot of her own energy to get results. She's a woman of action.

Loretta respects authority and expects to some day be the authority figure. She is shrewd and strategic under pressure. Her principles are well-used to solve community issues.

Loretta has a strong belief in community as family, with well-integrated voices and opinions.

Loretta may face challenges or obstacles to her goals in March 2010 and January 2011.

Matt Haag

MOHAN SAYS:

Matt is innovative, smart, communicative, and self-disciplined. He has a unique nature and humanitarian perspectives.

Matt is quite lucky or might have a tailwind behind him through December 2009. There will be an uplifting event in November 2009 that will put him in the limelight.

Matt's family situation may clash with his political life in February-March 2010 to May 2010.

Matt has lots of enthusiasm and his logic and powers of persuasion are excellent. He's a "man of the people" with ideas.

When the pressure's on, Matt takes the load onto his shoulders. He's serious-minded and knows the rules, but does not let boundaries deter him from the greater good.

Matt has his eye on the national scene and will use his local achievements to launch a national political career between the ages of 42 and 48.

Jackie Ortiz

MOHAN SAYS:

Jackie is dreamy, imaginative, charming, and diplomatic, but internally she's practical and cautious. She creates good images-visions, and then puts a lot of passion behind them to make them a reality. She executes concepts well.

Jackie has a strong maternal or family influence behind her. She plays by the rules as she understands them.

She has a small circle of friends; she tends to be selective about who makes it to the inner circle.

Jackie is drive by the right chemistry and therefore judges people, ideas, and projects quickly and instinctively. Her special areas of interest can be partnership matters, shared rights, health care, and a minor focus on restructuring education.

Destiny often throws Jackie in strange directions, therefore extra efforts and discipline are needed to stay focused.

She will be very well-liked by the community and will emerge as a team player. She will make big changes in her environment after age 39 or 40 and will likely move to the state capital.

Dana Miller

MOHAN SAYS:

Dana is unique. His unusual ideas and unconventional strategies bring good results. He favors spontaneity over long planning. He tries to integrate various community layers together in a successful way.

People and politics do not blend well for Dana between February and May 2010 and there may be some "touch and go" situations.

Dana uses his imagination very well and puts himself at the center of issues for the community's benefit. Freedom - personal freedom, individual choices, flexibility of action - and security - what must be provided for a person to feel secure - are very vital to his success.

Ambitious situations will emerge from age 52 through 56.

Dana should be aware of a mild setback - an air pocket dragging him down - around February 2010 and October 2010.

Bob Duffy

MOHAN SAYS:

Mayor Duffy wants to be acknowledged as a leader. He's not always a good team player. Outwardly, he's a bit quiet, but has a strong, passionate nature on the inside.

Duffy understands criminality and also likes to compartmentalize it. He's energetic and athletic.

Duffy may suffer from minor headaches, migraines, and, at times, a stiff neck. His Saturday birth creates a good position in bureaucracy and provides a ladder to climb upward.

He has a strength of power that he shows through quiet diplomacy. He has lasting friendships with people in high places.

Duffy will make excellent forward progress and will be recognized by others in later May 2010. He will form a new ideology and there will be a reorganization of workers in April and December 2010.

He is a bit slow in raising political capital; especially feeling less accumulative around March 2010.

Van Henri White

MOHAN SAYS:

Van is sensitive, compassionate, and good at in-house communication. He understands problems and offers ideas for solving them.

He is faith-belief driven.

Van favors shared learning, rather than competition or individual achievements. Family influence is important.

New ideas will be proposed in November 2009, which can bring recognition in April 2010. Destiny and his own efforts push him in the right direction in November 2009 to January 2010.

Van believes in a lot of "leg work," rather than just "handy work."

Enthusiastic joy and happiness surround him in later December 2009 to January 2010.

Jose Cruz

MOHAN SAYS:

Jose likes to be in the public eye. He is well-liked by motherly women.

Jose is lucky, optimistic, and goal-oriented. Faith is an important ingredient for his success.

He has an active, straightforward nature and expects quick resolutions. He does not want to get bogged down in bureaucracy.

Jose may experience minor setbacks, or experience dwindling support from friends in December 2009, but he will experience a last-minute surge in popularity with surprisingly good results prior to his December 2009 birthday.

He is a good student of history and uses old examples-situations to push his points.

Jose values higher education, but thrives on building a solid learning base from lower education and family environment.

Harry Davis

MOHAN SAYS:

Harry has excellent communication skills and instinctive ideas. He is very good at vague or contingency promises.

He's a hard worker and organizes well. He takes a conventional approach to unconventional projects and ideas. He has an excellent imagination and integrates global issues into local scenarios. He is quite lucky.

Harry is charming, charismatic, but may have a tough time in mid-January 2010 putting recent success in a new framework.

Harry's a good worker under pressure and he considers himself a visionary. He compromises nicely to achieve goals.

He will feel that success has come his way in March and July 2010.

Although Harry talks about the future, he is better known for his past performance.
