It's a high-stakes election year. Democrats want to keep control of state government, Congress, and the US Senate. Republicans are trying to retake some of those seats. Ultimately, voters will decide who's in charge during the November election. In the meantime, both parties have primary races to finish. This week, City covers two of those races: the Democratic primary in the 131st Assembly District and the GOP gubernatorial primary.
