Several weeks after the official dissolution of Shipping Dock Theatre, the group's improv comedy arm has found new life. The now prefix-less Unleashed! will set up shop at the JCC CenterStage on Edgewood Avenue.
Unleashed's JCC run will start Saturday, September 13, and will continue on most subsequent Thursdays throughout the fall, capped off by a New Year's Eve performance on Wednesday, December 31.
The group is also launching several improvisational theater classes, with different sessions geared toward kids 8-12, teens, and adults, as well as classes devoted to sketch-comedy writing and stand-up comedy.
Tickets to Unleashed! performances will run $7-$8, with an "Unleashed Unlimited Card" available for $50.
