In his letter in the April 16 City, Jim Delaney states: "How any truly knowledgeable American can, in good conscience, vote Democrat this year completely escapes me."
Obviously, the ability to recognize facts also escapes Mr. Delaney. Considering the last seven years of incompetence, corruption, lies, cronyism, waste, greed, etc., why would any truly knowledgeable American not vote "Democrat" this year?
The deceptive labeling of questionable, if not illegal, activities with nice-sounding names like "The Protect America Act" and "The Patriot Act" by self-proclaimed super-patriots, many of whom dodged the draft when it was their turn to serve their country also, apparently, escapes Mr. Delaney.
